Shipping & Production

Woo Worldwide items are designed and produced in Bali, Indonesia.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Free express shipping on orders over 300 USD.

Warehouse & dispatch:

  • All standard orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Costa Rica.
  • During our Bali launch, orders placed for Bali delivery will be dispatched from Bali and delivered via Gojek. Please make sure to add your WhatsApp number, as your tracking link will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
  • All products are produced on demand to minimize manufacturing waste. Production and dispatch take approximately 2–5 days.

Shipping Rates

  • USA – delivery within 7 business days / 24 USD
  • Europe – delivery within 7 business days / 27 USD
  • Rest of the World – delivery within 14 business days / 36 USD
  • Russia – no rates available at the moment. Customers in this zone will not be able to complete checkout due to shipping restrictions.

General Notes

  • Woo Worldwide does not operate on weekends. Orders placed after close of business (Bali time) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Shipping is unavailable to: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria, North Korea.
  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, DHL will redirect the parcel to the nearest facility where you can reschedule delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping details are filled out clearly and completely.
  • Do not use PO Box addresses.
  • Remember to include floor levels or unit numbers.
  • Woo Worldwide is not responsible for parcels lost in transit or for failed delivery attempts for any reason.

International Taxes & Duties

  • Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
  • Woo Worldwide is not responsible for customs duties, foreign taxes, or any additional fees charged during importation by your local government.
  • We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if requested.
  • Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages refused due to customs charges or unpaid duties.
